The area includes beautiful Shawano County Park which has a boat launch and is within walking distance, several public 18 hole golf courses, a go-cart track just a few miles away and many fine restaurants and taverns. There is also stock car racing in Shawano on Saturday nights and the Shawano Ski Sharks perform their water ski show on Wednesday evenings. Bring your bikes - Mountain Bay Bike Trail is nearby!
